Jesus Land

By Karl-Thomas Musselman

You know you've been wondering what the rage about Jesus Land is all about.

Thanks.

Well, as a former Alaskan I can tell you that the redness in Alaska is all about owning guns, shooting anything that moves, paying no taxes, and experiencing no regulation of any kind. I'm quite sure that Alaska has the lowest church attendence and highest alcohol consumption of any state in the country. It might be red, but it's definitely not Jesusland. Sundays in Alaska are for getting drunk and going hunting on your snow machine. They aren't for going anywhere near a church.

I really think this is a good idea.

I hope the United States of Canada leaves the union. There will be another Civil War, and because liberals are pussys, Jesusland will kick thier asses. The only thing I regret is a war on U.S. sole, but the war will probably be over in a week. Go suck one Micky Moore, you fat homo winy bitch!

Posted by: Ryan at November 28, 2004 05:29 PM

Jesusland has no cultural centers (except Disney World), almost no fresh water (the Great Lakes are almost all blue), no top universities (they only have the sport schools). Jesusland sucks!

Posted by: jason at December 5, 2004 01:12 PM

hahaha check this out bitches

i think its hilarious that you guys are so happy to vote for this bumbling idiot as pres...bush is so bankrupt hes sending letters to soldiers families back home telling them to pay for their own armor stuff...bush can burn in hell and i'd have a party...rice can do everything BUT help run a country...cheyney can't even support his own lesbian daughter...we've lost 700,000 POUNDS of explosives....and religious maniacs think that global warming is good because it means the apocalypse is coming sooner

oh, and over 40% of Americans think that sadam was behind the 9/11 attacks

and dont fucking tell me jesus land would kick our asses cause the whole world would be against you. except maybe britain, who would just stay our of the whole thing.

Posted by: americacanbiteme at December 22, 2004 04:50 PM

Why the name United States of Canada, why not simply Canada? Also it makes no sense Canada has Provinces.

But to all you Blue States, Canada will easily accept you into Confederation. As a Samll and Big "l" Liberal, I wish that this could one day become true.

Ok Jesusland you mightb e able to afford a war. Im sure with your bustling economy and ability to produce....well Im sure you could think of something. Honeslty I don't know why we bother paying for you all to live. If it werent for our tax dollars you all would still be living in the shitholes we left you in after the civil war. Common Jethro grab the clan and bring it. Ha...Just a piece of advice, since we all know how well educated you all are (ACT'S) start early that way you can gather a group to read the map to find your way North. We'll be wating to beat you down again.
Lots of Luv
Philly
BTW for all of you who say we don't understand what America is all about. Remember we started the whole thing.

Posted by: Phillysown at January 14, 2005 12:31 PM

At least in Jesusland, we are informed. God speaks to us through His word and tells us in Isaiah 5:20 "Destruction is certain for those who say that evil is good and good is evil; that dark is light and light is dark; that bitter is sweet and sweet is bitter." Destruction comes from your choice or lack of a choice. God does not seek to destroy you, as he says in John 3:16, "For God so loved the world He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in Him will not perish but have everlasting life."

Jesusland is not just here, people. Jesusland is every piece of soil your foot steps on, every sea that can be sailed, every sky that can be flown, and every star that can be wished upon.

Posted by: Rodney&Gina at January 15, 2005 02:45 PM

Jesusland is for bible thumping evangelical weirdos who make their decisions based on faith rather than reason. If Jesusland wants to fight with the sane part of the country there are three words they understand: "Bring it on." Besides, look at the USofC, it has CA, which is the 5th largest economy in the world (even if its broke) Besides, Jesusland has no production capability that hasn't been moved to China or India. Goodluck Jesusland. I will stay in CA.

TEXAS IS TRAILER TRASH LAND AND IT ALONG WITH THE SOUTH SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN WORTH THE FUCKING CIVIL WAR. FUCK JESUSLAND!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Posted by: Peter at January 20, 2005 11:09 AM

First of all this is all pointless because none of this is ever going to happen. Second, whoever thinks that Binladen was responsible for 9/11 you are an idiot, it was the U.S. government, and if you look at the videos of the trade centers falling down you can clearly see that it was caused by controlled demolition with explosives deliberately placed in the buildings.

Posted by: Kiaser at January 23, 2005 10:44 PM

I sincerely feel sorry for a lot of you people. God loves you regardless of the terrible things you have said on here. All of you are looking at things through your eyse, not God's. God IS in control like it or not. What is interesting to me is all the Northerners moving to Jesusland as you call it. I guess all of them aren't stupid. As for the gentleman from California, I visited your state this past summer. After noting the scantly clad women, and the language I heard, I believe God owes Sodom and Gomorrah an apoligy.

I hope you Godless people don't waste the rest of your lives living for this world for you are only visiting here. Your permanent home will be Heaven or Hell. The choice is yours and yours alone. God Bless all of you.

Posted by: Bob from Jesusland at February 9, 2005 12:31 AM

This is so funny. I am sure Jesusland would be fine by themselves. I mean without the centers for industry, education and financial prosperity, such as New York, Mass, Cali, and PA, you guys will be fine. Atleast you'll have a lot of guns though, because those solve every problem. Your economy will be fine without the north and west. You can just send your kids to all the really good schools in the south, wait...I am just trying to think where they are. Please, jesusland needs us, you would all be a nation full of hillbillies, I mean moreso than now, without us. Also, if you say that is unamerican, just remember that liberals were the ones who started America, not hillbillies.

All I can say is this is the people who voted for Bush, and make up "Jesusland", then I know why the US is a sick twisted world to live in... our economy is going down down down, and that is a direct reflection on our intelligence I am afraid to say. The intelligence of our leaders.

Face it people... Bush can't manage money, he has no respect for life, despite his anti-abortion ideas, and he is a single minded person who is ready to cast aside friends around him because he is "right", the bible is "right".

And for anyone who is going to jab at me right now about me going against God's word then maybe you should know I regularly attend church, hold faith in my God, but not to the point of crazyness... I also live a fantastic life which I could even say has been blessed by God.

What happened to God loving you no matter what? Wait oh no, your God doesn't love gays, or Iraqi's and now liberals??!?!?!?!?!

Posted by: Psychodelic at March 1, 2005 11:58 PM

Why does everyone associate Bush with God? Would a real god-fearing person send thousands of men and women to their deaths, cause tens of thousands of Iraqi's to die? This is not WW1 or 2 where there was a good reason. There we no WMD's. This insurgency is not made up of Saddam loyalists. It's made up of men and women like yourselves. I wonder, if some country were to deem the U.S as a terrorist nation, and invaded, would you fight? Would you then be a terrorist? An insurgent? Yes.

America supported Saddam financially. They support the Taliban financially as well. Then, when things turned to shit, they changed their minds and started a war. Do some fucking research instead of being fed your ideals by the narrow-minded media. Until you do that, America will continue to be a largely apathetic and ignorant nation.

Billions of dollars and thousands of deaths later, you are no better off than you were. Your country has turned to shit.

Now deal with the mess you created. It was not Bush. It was the public who let it happen. Don't ask anyone for help because you dont deserve it.

Better luck next election.
