There are so many real things that need to be debated in this campaign that we don't need to turn it into GWB = Satan. Let our rhetoric be reasoned and sharp, let us bring attention to the intellectual dishonesty of this administration. But I fail to see how this type of event will ultimately do anything but convince Republicans that all we are about is hate for one man. It was unfair when Clinton was demonized and it's counter productive. I shudder to think about the footage of this ending up on Fox News. When liberals try to have a little fun and make a little noise, the left worries what FOX News will think... we're just a bunch of students trying to get students involved in politics by mixing in a little humor and fun. If you're offended by libs beating a pinata that looks like Bush, you need to grow some thicker skin. Its just kids having fun and raising money. I think its funny and not poor taste. Probably a good way to get foot traffic to stop and pitch in a couple of bucks. Especially if there's good candy inside. Re-reading my grumpy old man comment, I think I was having a bad morning. And I am usually one of the first to complain about the political correctness police being oversensitive.
