I know these facts on a personal basis: as I've had 100% disability since 92. Twice widowed (Nam Vets),worked all my life, paid-in taxes more than my share, harassed 3 times by IRS also CIA,VA,PO etc. With all this,I've been hungry, assulted and 7 yrs. homeless. Qualified or not I was unable to get any assistance or representation at all, except SS diability check. Without asistance, like food, meds, transportation to Dr or hospital, I suffer. If I was an alein slacker, this would not be the case; by paying medical ins. premium I'm disqualilfied for food etc. Also I vote evevy time and was not counted in the last census,it was counted twice. Today, have a place to live but often lack food, meds, medical attention and tranportion, in short Michael Moore could make hit movie on the unbelieveable events in my life. Not even my 3 sons got anything like the VA educational benefits, or medical etc. I paid what VA by law should have, including the agent orange deal.
