Whoops, my bad Sherk.

I fixed the link. I was writing both the Barbour story and the DOJ at the same time and I must have clicked CTRL-C (copy) on the wrong link when I was inserting them. I was just in the UT computer lab on my lunch break so I didn't have a chance to edit it.

Not that the Supreme Court isn't biased (Bush v. Gore)

Would that not be the same "biased" Supreme Court which this year ruled in favor of affirmative action and struck down the Texas anti-sodomy law?
