Comments: Washington Times Lies

Well, I think that this is a case of the UPI getting it wrong and The Moonie Times just running with it. The crime is that, in follow-up stories, they neither corrected the mistake or mentioned again the party of Janklow.

The AP got it right, there is a reason that no one buys the UPI wire anymore, zero accuracy or credibility.

Except right wing partisan hacks like the Washington Times. I actually did a google search on Janklow + UPI and the only place that came up was the Times articles.

You DEMs are so sensitive. What difference does it make if a Republican or Democrat ran into the cyclist. I guess it makes the DEMs better people as a whole since Janklow is a Republican. At least, the Washington Times isn't facilitating the making up of stories as the New Republic and New York Times did. All you think about is the possibility of an open seat. Bet you wish down deep, Janklow died in the accident and if not that, that he gets jail time....all to facilitate a better opportunity for a DEM to win the seat. Sick pups.

Don - You're putting words in my mouth.

I feel bad for the family of the guy who died and it's unfortunte that this happened. Janklow however, does have a pattern of wreckless behavior, and it catches up with you. He'll lose his seat over this probably, and it will be competetive, sure. That wasn't the point of my post. My point is that conservatives always look to exploit Democrats who do things that are irresponsible. I remember watching last year's television commercial attacking my state senator Gonzalo Barrientos for his DWI with the police video of him limping around. Democrats are irresponsible, right? Yet when a Republicans kills someone in a car crash its conveniently forgotten that he's a Republican. Right. Liberal media bias I guess...
