Comments: Bush Losing (or Maybe Winning) Expectations Game

If he said that, it would be the end of Bush. Argh, here's hoping he's saving all his good stuff for the debates.

Hey maybe you guys could write his script. Can't do any worse than Begala, Carville, McCurry, and Lockhart.

Tell me this; Kerry said this war in Iraq is wrong... How does he expect to get other countries to send their troups when he states that Iraq is not worthy for our troups. Who is going to be the last man to die for a wrong cause?

Get Senator Kerry to get written assurances that Germany, France, and Russia will send 15,000 troups each to Iraq and I'll vote for him. I don't see how he'd get Germany to send any troups since Schroder won re-election as an antiwar candidate. France has already said it doesn't matter who wins the Presidency, they wont do anything other than what they're doing now. Putin seems to have his hands full.

Easy money says I'll be voting for our President.
Sen. Kerry can't deliver.

Looking in the rear view mirror, can't see you anymore.

Awesome comeback, Andrew.
Bush is sooo toast. (But shhhh, don't tell the wingnuts!)

As near as I can tell, the carefully negotiated debate rules don't allow:

- Bush to hold Dick's hand during the debates
- Bush to see the questions beforehand
- Bush to bring any notes with him
- Bush to have his verbal diarrhea "explained" away by his PR guy in realtime

So he'll be out of his natural element, so to speak. Kinda like a band that sounds great in the studio with lots of effects and careful dubbing, but embarasses themselves on stage in real life.

Nice to see your comments President Dukakis. Nice to see you still care about your junior. Such false bravado, wow Kerry's so pretzeled. I can hear Kerry now..."what, no beach". Hey melior make mine rye.
