I actually heard about this several weeks ago when it made the rounds through the legal community. Truth is stanger than fiction.

The Judge has tried to blame it on a disgrunteled court reporter, but several jurors reported hearing the "wooshing" sounds from behind the bench. (The sounds were presumably from a penis pump - I would not know what one sounds like first hand; I have no need for such enlargement devices.)
