Byron, who is against the health care district or firefighters bargaining? I've been asked before and didn't know of anyone.

Uhm... Republicans. And a majority of non-City of Austin residents in Travis Co. oppose the health care district because it would raise their taxes, but most Travis Co. residents live in Austin and it wouldn't raise Austin taxes. All the Dem groups are behind both, though.
